Tempsford Show

Tempsford Show is over for another year and, despite mixed weather, what a success it was! The attendance was well up on last year's Show and most people have commented that the Show had a lovely village feel to it. Well done to Geoff Phipps and his team for all the hard work they put in to organise the event.

We must also thank our sponsors including Kier, The Barbecue Centre, Flamingo, Giggs & Co, Bedfordshire Garden Buildings, The Bedfordshire Car & Caravan Company, GAP Home Improvements and H E Payne for their valuable support.

Thanks also to all those who made donations towards the prize money for the exhibition classes.

We are very grateful to the judges who gave their time to come and choose the winners in the exhibition classes.

Finally, thanks to all those villagers who helped in setting up, on the day and in clearing up after the show.

We very much hope that people will support us again next year when we hope to make the Show even better.

Please come again next year and support Tempsford Village Show. Income from this year's show was above expectations and all proceeds will be ploughed back into maintaining and improving the Hall for the benefit of villagers and customers who hire the hall.
